Release of new HI-MB Plus Mobile Banking

We have completed upgrading HI-MB Plus Mobile Banking system with a new version and an improved look to enhance your experience. The release of the new version is now available to download in Google Play Store and Apple App Store. If you have already downloaded the app, please update to the latest version

Steps to Migrate Your User Profile to the New HI-MB Plus App:

Login

Use your existing HI-MB User ID and Password to log in to the new version of HI-MB Plus.

Step 1: Login with existing HIMB username and password

Profile Creation

Upon successful login, you will be prompted to enter your existing transaction PIN. This will automatically create your profile in the new app, which may take approximately 30 seco nds.

Migration Confirmation

Upon successful login, you will be prompted to enter your existing transaction PIN. This will automatically create your profile in the new app, which may take approximately 30 seco nds.

Profile Activation

You will then receive an activation code on your registered mobile number and email account. Enter your user ID and this code to activate your profile.

Create New Password

After activation, you will be asked to set a new password.

Once completed, your profile will be fully migrated, and you can begin using the new HI-MB Mobile Banking app.

  • Security: Once you login after successful migration, make sure to set a new 6-digit transaction PIN.
