Customers having regular income source in foreign currency and maintaining a foreign currency account with any of the Himalayan Bank Branches are eligible to apply for this card. Eligibility Criteria 18 years of age Individuals with regular source of Income and maintaining account with the Bank are eligible to apply for the card. The card limit will be issued considering the income and other relevant documents of the applicant. Individuals applying for HBL International (USD) Credit Card are required to have Foreign Currency (FCY) Account i.e. USD/EUR/GBP at HBL. Additionally, documents evidencing FCY income source is mandatorily required. Sketch of location of the residence/office of applicant. Identification document (Copy of Citizenship Certificate/Passport). Photocopy of utility bills – either electricity and/or water, certifying the address of the applicant. Salary Certificate/Documentation to prove income sources duly issued by the concerned organization. Beside the above documents, additional documents may be required on case to case basis as required by the HBL Management. For Corporate Card (using Company A/C):- Completed Application Form with Applicant’s Signature Passport size latest color photograph. Sketch of location of the residence/office of applicant. Identification document (Copy of Citizenship Certificate/Passport). Company/Firm Registration Certificate/PAN. Income Tax Registration and Tax Clearance Certificate. Board Resolution authorization for availing of credit card and debiting company account for all charges. A copy of latest audited/provisional Balance Sheet and statement of Profit and Loss of the Company/Firm along with proof of any other income sources. Letter by authorized Management Personnel for issuing individual credit card. Beside the above documents, additional documents may be required on case to case basis as required by the HBL Management. Note: Earmarked balance kept for Credit Card cannot be used for regular settlement of Card dues. KYC document needs to be mandatorily filled by the customer to avail Prepaid Card and Credit Card.
